Terms
Terms of use
These terms cover your use of fouresse.ca. They are not the contract that governs a consulting engagement with us — those are separate, signed agreements.
Who we are
fouresse is a division of Frostbite Companies Limited, based in Yellowknife, NT. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Frostbite Companies Limited operating under the fouresse brand.
What this site is
fouresse.ca is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to enter into a contract, a guarantee of results, or professional advice for your specific situation. An engagement with fouresse is formed only through a signed written agreement.
Acceptable use
You're welcome to read, link to, and quote from this site with attribution. You agree not to:
- scrape the site at industrial scale or in a way that degrades it for others;
- probe, attack, or attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or hosting infrastructure;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy substantial portions of the site;
- impersonate fouresse or Frostbite Companies Limited, or misrepresent any affiliation with us.
Intellectual property
Site content — copy, design, illustrations, code, and the four-pillar framing (Strategy, Systems, Staff, Storytelling) — is © Frostbite Companies Limited. The fouresse name and wordmark belong to Frostbite Companies Limited. Quoting short excerpts with attribution is fine; wholesale republication or commercial reuse is not.
Third-party links
We sometimes link to external sites — for example, the Google Analytics opt-out tools referenced in our privacy notice. We don't control those sites and don't endorse their content or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site's accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frostbite Companies Limited and its affiliates, directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
Privacy
Our handling of information about your visit is described in our privacy notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Northwest Territories and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from your use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Northwest Territories.
